We ran out of our on-farm inventory so we temporarily sourced from our WI Grass-fed Beef Co-op - WI Meadows. Coincidentally, there's a high chance (50%) that they came from a recent group of steers we just sold to the co-op a couple of weeks ago and were butchered with others from some members of our co-op.
