Jacob's pastures are truly sustainable and regenerative. His pastures thrive due to regular rotation which means his animals are eating nutritionally dense diets and getting lots of exercise and sunshine. Happy healthy animals with plenty of space and clean digestible diets are far superior in nutrients for our human bodies and even in flavor. Jacob is so knowledgeable and passionate! His mission, practices, and impact on farming mean the world to me. His pasture hens eggs and pastured lamb are the very best I've EVER had!
